ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER - Ref: AM/AD/01
Duties
To supervise the following operations:
Purchasing
Clearing of goods
Transport & logistics (including company fleet,
fuel & repairs expenditure)
Telephone services, (including managing the receptionnist
/ telephonist staff)
Messing expenses and messengers
Building & yard maintenance
Follow up of insurance claims (both personal accident
and medical (Medicaid))
Purchase of uniforms & protective equipment
Organise transport and meal facilities for staff doing
overtime
Fixed assets purchases (including supervision of construction
projects, capex reports)
Profile
Age 30 years +
HSC + Diploma in Business Administration
At least 5 years experience in similar position
have good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Good team spirit required
A knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage
Valid car driving licence
Debtors Recovery Manager- Ref: AM/AD/02
Duties
Manage credit control department, ie a team of 5 staff
Ensure close follow up of debtors
Evaluate credit worthiness of clients before giving
credit facilities
Liase with Financial Controller on the cash flow of the company
Put in place internal controls to ensure an effective system of credit risk management
Carry out regular meetings with Managers to push recovery on their side
Profile
Age : 40 years +
Degree in Accounting/Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team leader
Able to work under pressure
Computer literate , a knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage
Valid car driving licence
Human Resource Assistant- Ref: AM/AD/03
Duties
Assist Human Resource Manager in:
Recruitment and selection
Updating vacancies both internally and on web site
Expatriate workers management
Implementation of company policies with regard to Health and Safety, HR policies and training policies
Monitoring of attendance sheets (including local leaves and sick leaves)
Follow up of HRDC procedures
Follow up of medical claim of employees
Organising Employee welfare : sports day, end of year party or any other activity
Profile
Age : 25 - 30 years
HSC
Advanced Certificate in Human Resources
Management or any equivalent qualification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and positive attitude
Knowledge of the Mauritian Labour Laws
Computer literate: Excel, Word
Knowledge of payroll software (Sicorax) would be an advantage.
Good written and spoken English and French languages
Good team spirit required
2 – 3 years working experience in similar post
Able to work under pressure and respect deadlines
