The QSHE has been upgraded to a new department on its own and has the objective to ensure that the entire Company engages in developing a meaningful Quality and Service credo to our customers. We also understand that customer service extends to our employees who are our internal customers and safety & health is of paramount importance in our services delivery to our employees.
Among the objectives of the QSHE Department:
- ISO 9001:2008 compliant (Program already started, expected for mid 2010)
- Develop and implement a non-burdensome, dynamic, and value added Quality Implementation System at all levels.
- Accident and Incident Management
- Ensure a pleasant, healthy work environment conducive to productivity.
- Create of culture of excellence & safety for each and every employee.
