The Operation Department
The Operation Department is divided under four main clusters which are the principal lines of activities of the Division namely Air Conditioning, Electrical, Water (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) and Lifts & Escalators, encompassing practically all the M&E Services of the Building.
The support units to the Operations Dept :
- Drawing Office : Comprising a team of 10 CAD operators providing all drawing requirements
- Planning unit : MS projects specialist for the planning and programme of works of project
- Technical unit : Responsible for the execution of plantrooms, testing and commissioning of major equipment and after-sales service. The Electrical a Ducting workshop will also be attached to Technical Unit.
- Engineering unit (Under set up) : will provide the technical and engineering support especially for the design & build projects.
The overall Operation Department comprises 5 Managers, 21 Engineers, 25 Supervisors and 180 Technicians. We also work with some Sub-contractors for particular operations not provided in house and for fast track projects. High Caliber Contract Managers are hired for the Management of Mega Projects.
