The Commercial Department
The Commercial Department is the main support structure to the Operation Department and is organized under 4 units:
1. THE TENDERING UNIT
Comprising full time Mechanical & Electrical Estimators for the pricing of Tenders & Quotes. It also undertakes the design for design and build projects.
2. THE PURCHASING UNIT
Headed by Senior Buyer and responsible of the Local & Overseas procurement
3. STORES
Main Stores and Site Stores
4. LOGISTICS
Responsible for transport, delivery and site establishment
