The After Sales Department


Most of the maintenance and service activities of Rey & Lenferna has now been centralized to a newly created department, the Service Centre. The Service Centre workshops & offices are located at 100 m from the head office and provide after sales service for equipment sold by Rey & Lenferna and also for non - Rey Lenferna equipment subject to conditions.

The following areas are covered:
  • Air Conditioning - Unitary
  • Air Conditioning - Central
  • Electrics & UPS
  • Generating Sets
  • Water Engineering
  • Hotel & Catering

The aftersales activities of Lifts & Escalators and Automotive Division are provided by the respective departments.

The Service Department is headed by a Service Manager and employs 60 persons : 45 Technicians , 5 Engineers and 10 Administrative Staff.
However, during the defects liability period, the Technical Unit of the Operation Department is responsible for the maintenance & Services.
